This is I run when I (begrudgingly) play the sin ganker.
[build=Black Spider Gank;OwFj0te8oRkZJMGfIMKijP0ZgMA]
It's not too bad. Enduring Toxin is an optional slot but I like it for players running away and to fulfill Black Spider should Shadow Prison not be ready or needed. You obviously want to group with a monk (and stay with him) with this build.
AoD shock, Grenth's Grasp, Shadow Prison-Iron Palm combos and Mobius-Death Blossom spammers are also popular it seems.

For AB as an Assassin, I concentrate on clearing the shrines with a Critical [[Barrage] + [[Sharpen Daggers] setup - most of the NPCs don't run around much unless you get close and for some reason humans like to cluster, for the most part.
Yeah, yeah, I know bleeding's only <<<, but if/when they start moving around, it means the NPCs get weakened a fair bit and are easy prey, and I've found that most human groups tend to panic a bit when everyone on their party panel goes pink at the same moment. I've caused a fair number of routs around shrines and at chokepoints (such as on the external bridges on the maps with the central fortress).
[Barrage][Volley][Distracting Shot][Sharpen Daggers][Way of the Master][Critical Eye][Critical Defenses]
Final spot's for some random item - [[Shadow's Refuge], [[Heart of the Shadow] or some other such thing. Max Marksmanship & Critical Strikes, obviously, with Shadow Arts at 3 (or a little more if you put Critical Strikes at 11+runes, mainly if you use a Major or Superior). [[Volley]'s not used much - mainly for when [[Barrage] gets hit by [[Diversion] or something.

No point in running both volley and barrage. Plus, you need a run stance, this is a movement game.

Run 7 shadowsteps and dash, for ultimate manoeuvrability while capping.

[Shadow Prison][Unsuspecting Strike][Tiger Stance][Lotus Strike][Twisting Fangs][Black Spider Strike][Blades of Steel][Dash]
14 Daggers
9 Deadly Arts
11 Critical Strikes
Need full radiant and one Attunement for 35 energy.
Your partner in crime...
[Splinter Weapon][Ancestor's Rage][Warmonger's Weapon][Weapon of Warding][Wielder's Boon][Mend Body and Soul][Weapon of Remedy][Pious Haste]
14 Channeling
12 Resto
7 Spawning Power
These two characters basically own AB. Stance tanks or rangers are problems but can be basically avoided or handled by the other two team members' specialties.

Very much inclined to go with this. My variation on it would be
11+1+1 crit strikes
8+1 dagger
11 air
[skill]aura of displacement[/skill][skill]golden phoenix strike[/skill][skill]horns of the ox[/skill][skill]shock[/skill][skill]falling spider[/skill][skill]twisting fangs[/skill][skill]conjure lightning[/skill][skill]dash[/skill]
since HotO's nerf damage output has been less than impressive, hence Conjure
Assassins excel in spiking and disruption, contrary to what some people think ('BIG DOMAGE = EVERYTHING') and AoD Shock sorta is the best of both worlds.

I prefer to play the standard Shadow Prison bar with Lightening reflexes as the IAS, most people in AB don't read shadowsteps v. well so you can become very unpredictable, also 5 secs of block gives you enough time to attack warriors or other sins then run away from them as they're crippled.

I mess around in AB with a casting type team support Sin. Shutting down enemy attackers through spells (not attacks) and disabling the enemies ability to heal well, as well as punishing runners. It's good fun being a sin, as shadow arts and deadly arts have some fun spells to play around with.

I have played a couple asscaster bars in ab too for laughs, any other format they are total garbage but it works for ab as an undercover monk or ele.
[build=Asscaster Monk;OwNT04n+RSjoBUgQLqBaTb6DLEA]
Smoke Powder is just to break up shadow step ganks, otherwise useless skill.
[build=Asscaster Ele;OwZSo4PPk1cGxAY0AxdpZcB]
Not bad for solo capping and ninja capping shrines, use dark escape to take any hits on the ele and warrior shrines before meteor shower kicks in. For shrine capping you want to cast Meteor Shower in a 40/40, deaths charge to the npc's and cast Bed of Coals for AoE and burning. Use Savannah and Searing Heat on mobs and players that don't move, etc. I've seen a few players rage quit after getting killed by a ridiculous sin with Savannah Heat too (lol).

Crit barragers are not good in AB. Barrage in general is just not a good elite for PvP. You are relying the other team to mob and if they do, you are probably going to die anyway and not end up really doing much. There are better shrine clearers when compared to barrage.
Shattering Assault sins are fairly good since it provides damage as well as support (enchantment stripping) in organized setups. For pick up groups, the Aura of Displacement sins are a good choice (some variants are listed above.) I don't see a lot of crit scythe sins in AB but I imagine they wouldn't be too bad off with a few tweaks to the bar to make it more self sufficient.

SP Trampling remains powerful, SP Iron Palm... not so much. I've dodged a lot of Fallings today

"You Are All Alone" sin works very well in AB but its not much of a Capping build... infact its not a capping build :P I normaly run YAA sin when its on a 75% advantage map and im pugging.

conjure can be replaced by another utility but you'll have to find an enchantment from somewhere.

Yaay for [[Icy Shackles]! Though I'd say [[Conjure Frost] is too juicy to pass up.
I still run [[Beguiling Haze]... what nerfs?
EDIT:
Sub-Zero wins
Dagger 12+1+1
Critical 8
Water 10
[icy [email protected]][conjure [email protected]][golden fox [email protected]][wild [email protected]][twisting [email protected]][[email protected]][dash][empty]
